My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the service was very courteous and engaging, the location was a bit challenging to find at first and looked quite run-down. The dining options were varied but not quite up to my expectations. However, the rooms were a bit cold and needed some maintenance work. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, and the soundproofing wasn't great as noise from adjacent events could be heard. The location was convenient for attending events at the nearby Mid-Hudson Civic Center, but it was crowded. The dining offered a relatively good buffet with fresh items though some pastries were soggy.

The hotel offers a fabulous view of the Hudson river, but the rooms are small and dated with a slight musty smell. The service is a mix of helpfulness and feeling like you're bothering them. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of everything but with initial challenges in front access. The dining experience is fantastic with generous portions, although a rare instance of poor customer relations was encountered. Overall, a decent stay with some standout features and minor drawbacks.
